In your Guard request you can set the time you want your message to be sent to
your contact using either a specific time such as 10pm or a duration, for example
30 minutes. The duration will count down from when we receive your Guard request.
Guard-Me accepts the 24 hour clock and also am/pm times. Here are some examples of valid times.
Rather than specifying an exact time
you can set the Guard to activate after a specific number of minutes, hours or even days.
Guard-Me will accept any of the following:
UK mobile and BT landline phone numbers are made
up of eleven digits. The phone number specified in your Guard can include spaces as well as including the international code (44) if you prefer.
If you register with Guard-Me, you can pre-purchase 'credits' which allows each Guard
to contact up to three people if you wish. If you haven't registered, you can only contact one person.
Your Guard request must be contained within a standard 160 character limit text.
After including the GUARD keyword, your time and your contact number the remainder of the text can contain your message.
