lost phones
If you've lost your phone and you have a Guard currently active,
you can log onto your members area (if you have registered) and Unguard on-line.
If the Guard has been activated, call your contacts and let them know that your
phone has been lost and you will call them when you are back safely.
guard problems
If you send off a Guard but don't receive notification within a couple of
minutes, the things to check for are that you have dialled the right number (60060) and the keyword
'GUARD' is spelt correctly. In most cases, you will receive a text message from us stating why the Guard was not set.
Keywords other than GUARD or UNGUARD
When sending a GUARD, you can also use the keywords GARD, GAURD or
GRD. Similarly, to UNGUARD, you can use the keywords UNGARD, UNGAURD or UNGRD.
