If both pre-pay credits and monthly credits are present in an account, which ones are used first?

Monthly guards are used first, as these run out at the end of each month. Once your monthly guards have been used up, any pre-pay guards will be used if present.

Why is the option to subscribe again not available?

When you cancel your subscription, it will still be valid until one month after your last subscription payment. For example, if you subscribed on the 14th of November and cancelled on the 27th of December, your subscription is still valid until the 14th January. After this date, you are free to subscribe again, but until then, the subscription option is removed.
